3 years ago I created a page on this website allowing to submit information about which food causes or not causes heartburn.
Till now I got 166 submissions from this page. Thank you to everyone who participated in this survey and shared their opinion!
I think it is time to publish a little summary of what came out of it.
Below is a table which shows how many people answered yes (causes heartburn) and no (does not cause heartburn) for certain foods.
I’m a little surprised that oatmeal and bread took first two places since they never give me heartburn. But other than that this table looks very close to reality.
